30-Points Job Description/ responsibities of Quality Analyst

1. Conduct inspections and tests of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
2. Ensure that products meet relevant standards and specifications
3. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results and batch records
4. Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
5. Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and procedures
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control metrics and reporting systems
7. Train new employees on quality control procedures and policies
8. Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as needed
9. Review and approve quality control documents, such as test results and batch records
10. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations as needed
11. Review and approve change control requests to ensure that changes do not negatively impact product quality
12. Conduct supplier audits and review supplier agreements as needed
13. Participate in the development of the company's quality management system

18. Collaborate with research and development teams to ensure that new products meet quality control standards

20. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
21. Conduct customer complaint investigations and implement corrective actions as needed
22. Monitor and analyze trends in customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
23. Maintain accurate and complete records of all quality control activities
