• Supervision, operation of AHU’S and VRV System.
• Responsible for check On line recording of log sheet of AHU.
• Problem short out during break down of HVAC System.
• Repairing and maintenance of HVAC system.
• Responsible for Preventive maintenance of Air Handling units and Condensing unit as per plan.
• Provide guidance to operator for Gas charging and maintenance of condensing units.
• Conducting of HVAC validation tests.
• Conducting calibration of instruments in HVAC area.
• Short out problem of Electrical & Mechanical work.
• Indenting of cooling tower chemicals & Boiler chemicals.
• Inventory management for mechanical & Electrical related spare parts.
• Planning of New projects related for HVAC system.
• Vendor development for HVAC related works.
• Responsible for AHUs/FDVs Filter cleaning as per Annual filter cleaning planner.
