We are currently hiring for Manager / Senior Manager -
Maintenance.
Designation : Manager / Senior Manager Maintenance
Job location : Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh
Education : B.Tech.
Advanced knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and
Instrumentation engineering to effectively manage equipment maintenance.
Experience: 14-15 yrs in pharmaceutical manufacturing
site. A significant part of experience shall be at site, catering to regulated
markets. Should have regulatory Audit exposure.
Key Responsibility :
1) Execution of planned preventive maintenance of the
production units, Calibrations with team of operators, supervisors working in
shifts. Qualification of machine, periodic maintenance co-ordination.
Continuous improvement in productivity and maximum asset utilization, cGMP
compliance in the utilities supply, maintenance and process machine area on
24x7 basis.
2) Co-ordination with IPQA, QA and PPIC for smooth
functioning of maintenance, Calibration and qualification.
3) Imparting training, develop down the line skilled
workforce and improve people and equipment efficiency. Develop, Improve and
implement SOPs, Protocols for validations, and other record formats relevant to
repair and maintenance functions.
4) Ensuring proper orientation of electrical Panel in
PCC room, chiller, air compressor, DG sets, AHUs as per respective SOP.
5) Ensuring proper utilization of HVAC, Boiler and
water system.
6) Ensuring proper operation of DG set and utility
area as per respective SOP.
7) Use statistical tools to improve productivity and
efficiency of plant. Real time monitoring of critical costs like power and fuel
and arrest any wastages. Lead team in GMP documentation like deviations, Change
control, Incident and get involved in investigations.
8) Understand global regulatory expectations in
engineering area to pharma manufacturing and Intermediates and present them to
various auditors, visitors.
9) Ensure compliance to plants EHS policy &
related documentation and compliance of other govt. regulations.
10) Should have Six Sigma skills, GEP understanding,
energy conservation skill & Team building skills etc.
