Performing the Performance Qualification.
Test the performance of the Vortex Mixer as per the Check List and
record these in the Performance Qualification Report. The frequency of
recording results has been decided based on the results of the Operation
Qualification. The test methodology is defined in the check list.
The vortex mixer shall be handed over to Quality Control only after
successful completion of Performance Qualification.
Record all observations and deviations in the report. In case of
deviation prepare a deviation report with justification and get it approved by Head
Quality assurance, Head Quality Control.

properly or not.

Connect the Main A/C supply or power supply. Turn
the knob to regulate the speed.

Vortex Mixer should start when knob is turned on.

To check whether the Vortex Mixer is running at
diferent speeds or not

In on condition regulate the speed of the
mixer with the knob & observe different speeds.
|
The speed of Vortex Mixer should increase by
increasing the speed control knob.
|
|
To check whether the mixer is sticking firm to
the surface or not.
|
Change the place of the
mixer and observe the sticking of the mixer to the surface by the arrangement
provided at the bottom.
|
Vortex Mixer should stick
firmly to the surface on changing its place from one place to other.
|
|
To check whether the indicator provided on the vortex
mixer glows or not in on condition.
|
Put on the vortex mixer
& observe the indicator provided on it.
|
It should glows when the
vortex mixer is on.
