Performing the Performance Qualification.
The check list of the performance Qualification of
Laminar Air Flow provided in the performance qualification Protocol is prepared
as per the design specification laid down and the performance should confirm to
this check list.
In case of deviation prepare a deviation report along
with justification which should be approved by Quality Assurance, Quality
Control. The tests are to be performed as given in the Performance
Qualification Protocol.
