Duct Cleaning Procedure


RETURN AIR DUCT CLEANING
Keep ready duct cleaning unit, camera, and compressed air attachment.
Switch OFF power supply of AHU and dust collector system from main panel
Insert camera inside of return air main duct and its branches and take photograph before cleaning.
Clean the return air main duct and its branches by using various brush attachments with duct cleaning system.
Remove remaining powder inside of ducts by applying compressed air.
Clean AHU, surrounding of AHU and room.
SUPPLY AIR DUCT CLEANING
Keep ready duct cleaning unit, camera, and compressed air attachment.
Insert camera inside of supply air main duct and its branches.
Check the condition of supply air duct and take photograph.
If the condition of duct is found dirty, carryout the cleaning by duct cleaning system and take photograph after cleaning.
Clean AHU, surrounding of AHU and room.
Clean the return air duct and supply air duct every two-year during non-production hours.
